Watching documentary footage about plantations, mills and cooperatives, you’ll learn about where coffee comes from. Then you’ll have an opportunity to blend with different beans, learning the nuances between them.
Factors including the espresso machine, water quality, skills of the operator and most importantly the grinder all need to be working in harmony to produce the best coffee to impress customers. You’ll learn how long to run the shot of espresso, how to steam milk to a perfect tempurature and create smooth silky foam.
