One of our original house blends since 2000 in terms of flavour profile. A more delicate flavour than the Village Blend – more suited to espresso and smaller sized cappuccinos etc. This highly popular coffee gives a lovely balance of of mild fruity acidity and a clean finish with a hint of dry cocoa on the finish.
A Rainforest Alliance Certified blend built on the same base of El Salvador, Cafe Monte that makes up our Single Origin ‘E1′ Espresso – but then blended with some beautiful arabicas from Sidamo in Ethiopia, India and Honduras. This is our most popular coffee and delivers a full mouthfeel with flavours of sweet toffee, hazelnut and dark chocolate… Beautifully balanced. In milk it turns to fudge with a malty finish.
