This single origin coffee is from The Café Monte Sion farm in El Salvador.
Café Monte Sion is a Rainforest Certified farm owned and run by Lius and Lilliana Urrutia. Their coffee is from the Arabica-Bourbon variety, shade grown under a biodiversity friendly canopy in the “Cordillera de Apaneca” mountain range in the Western Region of El Salvador and fully washed during processing.
The wonderful aroma and slightly citric acidity combine with a smooth creamy mouthfeel to produce an espresso which is well balanced and leaves a thought provoking after taste.
