



Rwanda, Koakaka, 100% Red Bourbon
This Lot from the Karaba Coffee Growers Cooperative, in Huye, Southern province Rwanda is full of sweetness with a soft jam-like acidity and lovely hint of cocoa on the finish.
Fazenda Santa Ines, Lot #7, (Pulped Natural), Brazil
Again from the Minas Gerais region of Brazil, this lovely yellow Bourbon grown by Franciso Isidro Dias Pereira is a beautifully sweet, bright coffee with hints of lemon and clove. Great aromatics and a long sweet finish – this a truly outstanding cup.
Fazenda Passeio, Topazio (Natural Process), Brazil
Located in the Mina Gerais Region of Brazil, Fazenda Passeio lies in the heart of Specialty Coffee growing country. A farm of around 130 hectares of plantations lie between 1,100 and 1,200 metres above sea level,and it’s here that Vieira Ferreira family has specialised in growing amazing coffees using experimental varietals.
This coffee has a lovely smooth, coating mouthfeel and medium body, with a sugary sweetness and notes of almonds.
Bolivia, Colonia Manco Kapac
This coffee from the Caranavi region of Bolivia is a mixture of Red & Yellow Caturra & Typica – fully washed and then sun dried. Juicy, but with low acidity – this coffee is all about mouthfeel. Beautiful buttery texture – and a honey sweetness to finish.
