Clifton Coffee brings the Estate Project in house.

It has always been a long term goal to start roasting more of our coffee, these plans are now coming to fruition in the form of a Loring Smart Roast.

This roaster has been selected not only for the qaulity of coffee that it produces but also its green credentials.

Its hybrid technology means it is the most environmentaly friendly roaster available, it's also smokeless and uses a fraction of the gas of other roasters.

The plan is to roast our Estate coffees which are available to bespoke cafes as their main coffee or as a guest coffee. They will also be available online for home users

Or for now head up stairs and meet the Germans world leading answer to coffee roasting. A double walled Probat Probotino, used primarily for research and development and competition roasting. We have put this roaster in our Training Academy making it a coffee laboratory where you can come and roast your own coffee and experience what we do.
